What are peak and off-peak hours?

Peak hours are weekdays after 5pm, weekends and school holidays. Off-peak hours are weekdays before 5pm, except for... Super off-peak! Which is weekdays 2-4pm.

How long is a session?

Climbing sessions are unlimited time! So you can make yourself at home, take a break in our coffee shop. The session only ends when you choose to leave.

What age does child pricing end?

At Indirock, you’re a child right up until your 18th birthday. Happy days!

What ages can climb?

Practically anyone! Kids aged 4 and up can climb with an adult supervising. Preschoolers can join our soft play sessions, every Tuesday 10am-12pm and Friday 10am-4pm. We also run courses for ages 1+.

How long is a 10 climb pass valid for?

Our 10 climb passes are valid for a whole 12 months and can be used any time! You can also gift passes to a friend or family member. Follow the link below, or show ID at the desk to get our concerssion price.

What options do you have for unlimted climbing?

Almost all of our monthly memberships offer unlimited climbing, any time! Our Super Off-peak Membership offers entry any time before 4pm on weekdays, including the school holidays.

What does soft play at Indirock entail?

We cordon off a section of our climbing walls and provide a range of soft play equipment, from ball pit to tunnels, steps and slide. This gives an opportunity for young children to explore our climbing walls in a controlled environment.

Can my 4 or 5 year old climb?

We have recently brought in new measures to allow 4 & 5 year olds to climb (previously our minimum age was 6). See more info here.

Can under 18s climb without an adult?

Under 18s should always climb under supervision of an adult. In some circumstances, where we have observed over time that a young climber (14+) is experienced and behaves in a responsible manner, we may grant them the ability to climb without supervision. We reserve absolute discretion to make this decision.

What is the Indirock Youth Squad?

What equipment do I need?

Don’t worry, you won’t need to buy anything special in advance. Just come wearing comfy clothing with some stretch in it, and the rest we can sort out for you. You can hire a pair of climbing shoes for £3 and buy chalk to stop your hands from slipping.
First session tips

Do you do concession prices?

Yes we do. We offer concession rates to students and over 60s, and also local workers and Blue Lights. If you're on a low income, we offer substantial discounts. We also work with local charities to offer free climbing.

Yes! In fact we’ve had so much interest in our party packages, we’ve created a whole separate page for it here.

Want to book out our venue for a private party?

We now offer private parties on Saturday nights, 6-7:30pm. There is even the option to turn your party into a UV climbing party! If this idea floats your boat, drop us an email on hello@indirock.co.uk to book.

Our staff will give you an induction (covered by our £3 registration fee) the first time you come. If you’d like something more, you can book onto a course with us. We also offer private coaching - email hello@indirock.co.uk to book.
