We want you to love your purchase from Indirock. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, here’s how our returns work:
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To cancel, just email us at hello@indirock.co.uk with your order number and details of what you’d like to return.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us first so we know to expect your return.
Items must be returned within 7 days of cancellation.
Products should be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap for a different size, colour, or product, just let us know when you contact us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days.
We’ll either send a replacement (and cover return postage) or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned (unless faulty):
Climbing chalk and skincare products
Opened food or drink items
