Indirock is on the hunt for another passionate climber to join our team as an instructor and climbing wall supervisor. This is a part time role on flexible hours, and we will need you to be available for shifts across weekday daytimes, evenings and weekends.

Indirock Instructor & Supervisor
Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team member to help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer at Indirock.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and supporting reception duties
- Delivering instructed climbing sessions for children following the NICAS syllabus
- Leading birthday parties, school groups, and private bookings
- Supporting day-to-day operations by managing tasks and assisting the wider team
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Ensuring all customers climb safely and confidently
- Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the centre
- Handling shop sales and serving café drinks, including coffees and hot beverages
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment
- Reporting damaged equipment and supporting general facility upkeep
- Assisting with climbing hold cleaning and maintenance
- Sharing ideas to help improve the customer experience and centre operations
- Following all health & safety and company procedures
Working Hours
This role includes weekday daytime, evening and weekend shifts, with flexibility to help cover sickness where required. Hours may change from week to week, with a minimum of 15 hours/week.
Experience
We’re happy to hear from anyone who is a passionate climber, regardless of whether you have climbing instructor qualifications. We can provide training where necessary.
